J'ai architecturé et géré la migration stratégique du SI de Nexity vers AWS Cloud (carve-out), incluant la modélisation d'architecture cible et l'intégration de données (SAP BO, Event Driven). J'ai assuré la gouvernance et l'optimisation de l'infrastructure Cloud avec Terraform et les services AWS.

Public Health Application (Open Food Facts): Developed a data analysis application for Open Food Facts. I utilized univariate and multivariate statistical analyses (PCA, scikit-learn) to identify correlations between nutritional variables and public health. This improved data accessibility and identified key trends for better public health decision-making. Predictive Energy Consumption Model (Buildings): Created a predictive model for building energy consumption based on structural data analysis, preventing data leakage. Performance optimization was achieved through rigorous hyperparameter evaluation and selection of appropriate algorithms (ElasticNet, SVM, GradientBoosting, RandomForest). Operational Customer Segmentation (E-commerce): Developed operational customer segmentation for an e-commerce platform, analyzing segment stability. I used various clustering techniques (k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering), as well as PCA, MDS, and t-SNE to optimize platform performance. This resulted in a 10% improvement in segmentation accuracy and identified the most profitable segments. Automatic Classification Engine (Marketplace): Designed an automatic product classification engine for an English-speaking marketplace. Bankruptcy Probability Scoring Model (Consumer Lending): Developed a bankruptcy probability scoring model, based on important feature analysis. I deployed this model via an API with a test interface and implemented a comprehensive MLOps approach, including experiment tracking and data drift analysis. Big Data Processing Pipeline (Fruit Biodiversity): Implemented a Big Data processing pipeline for a mobile application on fruit biodiversity. This pipeline included an operational EMR instance, integration of TensorFlow model weight distribution, and a PCA dimension reduction step in PySpark. The project complied with GDPR standards and optimized processing costs.

This key role involved leading the modeling and design of the Information System (IS) architecture, in close collaboration with technical and business teams, to enhance strategic and operational alignment of the IS. I ensured the optimal assembly of components (hardware, software), guaranteeing their stability, security, and adherence to standards. A crucial part of my mission was to develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted service transition. I actively ensured the consistency and longevity of architectures, flows, and databases (Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB), collaborating with network, security, DevOps, and Ops teams to reduce outage and security risks. A major focus was leading the migration to high-availability (HA) distributed architectures, including implementing load balancers and critical foundations (SBB), which reduced downtime by 80%. I also guided data architecture choices for future application refactoring. I played a central role in implementing and industrializing innovative solutions (CDC, DRP, gRPC, HA, replication), increasing SI flexibility and performance. DevOps deployment and validation (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, GCP) across all environments accelerated processes and improved code quality. In terms of project management, I developed and implemented detailed project plans for application transitions , coordinating teams (development, security, infra). I also proactively managed migration risks (AWS), set up KPIs for progress tracking, and organized regular monitoring meetings to ensure deadlines and budgets were met.

In a SAFE agile environment, I aligned technical and functional visions, addressing micro-service architecture anti-patterns. Using DDD/TOGAF, I designed target architectures, significantly enhancing dev team autonomy, simplifying models, and resolving deployment dependencies. This included optimizing Camunda/PostgreSQL performance. I also created an All-in-One ephemeral environment (Ansible, Docker Swarm) to accelerate development deployments.

J'ai conçu et mis en œuvre une architecture microservices complète, alignant technique et métier et réduisant les dépendances. J'ai piloté sa migration vers Azure, intégrant DevOps, la robustesse (circuit breaker) et la formation des équipes.

En tant qu'architecte, j'ai accompagné les projets SAP et conçu une architecture de données intégrée pour conforama.fr, optimisant l'efficacité de 30% et assurant la conformité RGPD. J'ai aussi significativement amélioré les performances par des tests de charge avancés.

J'ai joué un rôle clé dans la transformation de la gouvernance des données et la migration vers une architecture micro service sur AWS, dans un contexte international. J'ai défini les interfaces techniques, assuré la gouvernance d'architecture et maintenu la cohérence du cadre Data/MDM.

J'ai architecturé et optimisé une application de gestion de trésorerie pour Agence France Trésor, résolvant des SLA critiques d'intégration (50k lignes en 3 min) et de recherche (5s). En concevant une architecture pipe & filter avec Spring Integration/Batch et une BD in-memory/Redis, j'ai livré des performances impressionnantes (25s en écriture, 3s en lecture).

J'ai conçu et implémenté une plateforme d'automatisation générique des frais de recouvrement (OBIS), basée sur une architecture distribuée micro service et EDA et des principes Clean Code/Hexagonal. Le lancement a été salué comme une innovation, offrant une solution évolutive et "Plug and Play" pour les nouveaux marchés

ClearPriority is a application-independent infrastructure that provides unique flexibility for monitoring high-impact risks and anomalies across both business and IT environments. Design and develop custom pipes (JMS, Web Services, EJB, and SQL) for eventing & alerting to flow into various processing systems. Designed and developed OR mapping layer using Hibernate and spring ORM. Designed Hibernate mappings, associations and relationships between business objects. Developed Web component using Flex. Implement an architecture based on proactive loading of using the asynchronous mode and page per page Iterator .
