– Mapping HR sources (HRIS, shared Excel files). – Cleaning and transforming data in PostgreSQL. – Implementing a star schema data model. – Designing HR dashboards (headcount, recruitment, training). – Designing the Power BI model (joins, DAX, business calculation rules). – Securing access by department and user (RLS). – Leading regular workshops with HR teams to update reports and KPIs. – Creation of an HR dashboard to track KPIs: average recruitment time, application and hiring conversion rates, turnover rates, absenteeism rate, internal development/mobility, gender pay gap, average annual salary increase rate, number of HR complaints related to payroll (DAX, SQL). – Reduction in errors and significant time savings on payroll reporting and administrative follow-ups.

– Retrieving data from CRM tools, telephony, and other business software such as SalesForces, Zendesk, TalkDesk, Amazon Connect, and Jira (SQL queries, extractions via Excel). – Automating reporting and creating interactive dashboards for better performance visibility. – Ensuring the reliability and consistency of the data collected. – Consolidating reports: weekly, monthly, annually. – Maintaining and optimizing Power BI files. – Creating new reports and dashboards according to the needs of different projects. – Creation of a dashboard to improve operational management: average processing time, hourly productivity, service quality rate, absenteeism, calculation of turnover per procedure and per hour (DAX, SQL). – Improved visibility of staff numbers and turnover. – Production of reliable presentation materials to facilitate the reading of results and decision-making.

– Handle and process customer requests related to connection failures on equipment (decoder, router, Wi-Fi, fiber optic cable connection). – Configure PCs and phones on the home network. – Schedule appointments to replace faulty equipment. – Check the speeds of connected devices to diagnose slow connections. – Offer appropriate solutions and personalized advice to resolve any issues encountered.
