Animated Plant for the Planet (yearly budget superior than 4 million, almost 6 million trees planted) emblematique program for AccorHotels: - Managed the historical partnership with Pur Projet - Followed-up with the global and national coordinators 2. Coordinated the programs of fight against traffick of children (Watch program: We Act Together for Children) and against procuring - Partnership with The Code and Ecpat - Developed training module towards employees 3. Animated social and sustainable innovation: - Developed partnerships with entrepreneurs and start-ups to integrate their projets in our networks of hôtels and favor wide deployment

Took part in the reflexion and CSR strategy of the clients : • Analysed the answers to develop specific insights regarding different profiles for the Ethicity study “The French people and responsible consumption” (4000 people surveyed) • Compared companies through benchmarking to highlight strategic recommendations and shape a first CSR strategy • Put in place a strategic business intelligence focusing on the hazardous substances in cosmetics and drugs • Developed a training support to raise awareness on sustainability issues among employess of Le Chat (Henkel) • Analysed the evolution of the leading retail brands on the major societal trends: animal welfare, organic products, etc.

1. Developed new projets to reduce the environmental impats of the products : • Circular economy projets: identified public schools, companies, and communities. Led the meetings, managed the communication and the logistics. • Created new CSR indicators and a file to communicate to the group: 5 plants and many subsidiaries • Animated the sustainability day: organised conférences and run a stand to raise awareness among employees • Wrote a weekly newsletter on sustainability issues 2. Revitalized the eco-design range products : Benchmark, strategy, marketing

1. Took part in the "La solution est dans l'assiette !" (The solution is in the plate) program, aiming to raise awareness among the French population (companies, individuals and communities) on the impact of food: • Wrote part of the program, refering to official sources • Animated awareness session (COP 21, COY 11, etc.) • Managed the logistics of a consensus conference on the issue of sustainable food system 2. Advised companies on their marketing and sustainable projects, mainly on sustainable food 3. Implemented carbon footprint studies with Faguo, counseled on communication strategy; resulting in a new communication on the website and in the stores

Gathered marketing information to identify business opportunities: • Spearheaded market researches: 30 qualitative and 200 quantitative interviews • Analyzed the results • Revised the loose supply

Developed financial parternships with retail traders and major companies to ensure the printing of the free guide book. Increased the number of guides printed by 60% compared to previous year, with a $20,000 budget
