Supported Professor-Ambassador El hassan Zahid in delivering the elective course INT021ELM, focusing on international negotiation strategies within diplomatic practice. Responsibilities included assisting in course planning and facilitation, providing academic support to students, and contributing to the evaluation of assignments and simulations. Worked closely with students to enhance their understanding of negotiation frameworks, diplomatic protocol, and cross-cultural communication in international contexts. Helped coordinate interactive simulations and case studies, encouraging critical thinking and applied learning. The role offered a unique opportunity to engage with real-world diplomatic insights and reinforce key soft skills such as persuasion, active listening, and strategic positioning.

Awarded a competitive grant of over 100K to implement an entrepreneurial project, demonstrating resilience, multitasking abilities, and effective coordination under pressure.

Conducted interviews and focus groups with community-level CIIs and KII stakeholders across 10+ rural areas. Synthesised findings into policy-relevant reports and statistics to inform climate resilience strategies with senior researchers to synthesize findings to USAID informed Moroccan public policy on climate resilience.

Organized and delivered an impactful workshop on gender equality and inclusion for 42 Enactus members, effectively managing an allocated budget and a team. Designed the workshop concept, coordinated with external specialists, and delegated logistical tasks to a team, ensuring high participant satisfaction.
