Within a team of 8–10 developers, 3 product owners, and 2 QA engineers, my responsibilities included: • Defining and implementing the testing strategy (B2B, B2C, and S2S solutions) • Managing and coordinating software releases • Planning and organizing the QA team’s workload • Leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers (3+) • Preparing test environments and data sampling • Executing and verifying test scenarios • Logging, assigning, and tracking defects via JIRA • Running non-regression testing campaigns • Implementing a test automation strategy • Automating functional tests using Cypress • Monitoring production releases and deployments Technical environment: Scrum, JIRA, Bitbucket, Swagger, Postman, Cypress, Testrail, Typescript, Git, K6, Grafana, Mailosaur, Dynatrace, Miro, Figma

Inteliam is an independent digital solution aimed at evaluating the performance of companies within the automotive aftermarket sector. Its mission is to promote best practices and sustainable objectives in alignment with internationally recognized standards. EcoVadis is a unicorn company specialized in assessing corporate sustainability performance through ESG ratings (Environmental, Social, and Governance). It supports organizations worldwide in enhancing their sustainable impact by evaluating their policies, actions, and results in terms of social responsibility. Under the supervision of the QA Manager, my responsibilities included: • Defining and deploying the overall testing strategy • Managing and coordinating application releases • Preparing test environments and managing associated data sets • Leading a QA team of 10+ engineers distributed across 3 countries (Poland, Tunisia, and Mauritius) • Logging, assigning, and tracking issues using Azure DevOps • Leading non-regression testing campaigns • Designing and implementing the test automation strategy • Automating functional tests using Selenium (C#) • Monitoring and validating production releases and deployments Technical environment: Scrum, Azure DevOps, Swagger, Selenium, Asana

Linedata is a global solutions provider dedicated to the Investment Management and the Credit community. My responsibilities were: • Testing and quality assurance for all MFact (fund accounting solution) changes and updates • Develop test plans, scripts, and testing scenarios for client’s enhancements (ALPS, UMB Bank, Mizuho Bank...). • Carry out regression, smoke and negative testing and report issues. • In charge of performance testing (Oracle AWR reports, internal tools...) • Mentoring new team members (testing process, Tools...) • Creating and maintaining the automated test packs • Assuring the team leader’s interim (team assignments, reporting blocking issues, next assignments, training plans…)

FIS is a global leader in financial technology, providing software solutions and services for banking, payments, and capital markets. Operating in over 100 countries, the company helps financial institutions drive digital transformation and operational excellence. My main responsibilities were: • Quality management of client projects (ex: JPMorgan, HSBC, RBS, NEWEDGE…) • Installation and configuration of exchange connectivity platforms on Linux virtual machines through SunGard Global Trading architecture. • Issues diagnosis and analysis for various front office SunGard products, as well as validation of corrections. • Participate to the maintenance and enhancement of the test automation tool. • Following and monitoring the issue lists between development and QA teams in Asia and Paris as well as the management team in London by organizing meetings, conference calls and WebEx sessions following the SCRUM method for the Low Latency Project (performance optimization). • Drafting functional specifications and work orders for change requests for the Low Latency Project.
