Designed and built the platform from scratch, covering mobile (Flutter), desktop (Electron JS), backend (Express.js), and database (MySQL). Implemented and currently manage a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub, using issues, feature branches, and pull requests for structured collaboration. Lead and mentor a developer with daily check-ins, ensuring punctual delivery and high code quality. Handle deployments, hosting, DNS configurations, and full release processes for both App Store and Google Play. Oversee ongoing feature development, maintenance, and updates to ensure scalability and reliability of the platform.

Contributed to core product development using React Native, Next.js, and Django, helping shape the app during its earliest growth phase. Worked across backend infrastructure involving PostgreSQL, Nginx, Docker, and SSH, ensuring reliable deployments and stable performance. Played an active role in the early client adoption phase, observing user reactions directly in the field and helping the team interpret feedback into actionable improvements. Gained hands-on experience in the realities of a startup’s initial customer acquisition stage, developing patience, adaptability, and the ability to deliver under evolving requirements. Used Git/GitHub workflows to maintain clean, maintainable code throughout rapid iteration cycles.
