First Bridge Ventures is a French VC fund focusing on growth-stage Tech companies (series B and onwards). • Conducted Deal sourcing, Due diligence analyses, Term sheet analysis and negotiation, Portfolio monitoring and support • Built and designed First Bridge Ventures’ fundraising presentation deck from scratch • Supported a portfolio company in designing and launching (product positioning, Go-to-Market strategy) a new product offering, unlocking a complementary revenue stream • Involved from screening to term sheet of the investments made during my time at First Bridge Ventures (see below) Hands-on Investments: • Onepilot - €15M, Series A (led by Otium Capital) - French next-gen customer care outsourcing solution. Involved in the process from the preliminary analysis to closing the deal. • Paack - $225M, Series D (led by SoftBank) - Spanish last-mile e-commerce delivery solutions • Undisclosed Series B - $800m valuation - Chinese online retailer
