As part of the Innovation team within the IT department for the Marketing & Services branch, I lead AI and digitalization initiatives to accelerate access to strategic information and foster internal innovation. My mission includes: • Co-designing Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot 365 to improve knowledge sharing and support roadmap-related queries from business teams • Collecting and preparing data (PowerPoint roadmaps from SharePoint, Excel-to-HTML conversion via Python scripts) to serve as robust knowledge bases • Engineering prompts to ensure relevance, accuracy, and usability of AI-generated answers • Sharing innovation insights through a bi-weekly internal newsletter distributed to ~40 IT professionals • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather needs, collect feedback, and iterate on digital solutions • Applying Agile methodology: writing user stories, managing backlog, and actively participating in sprint ceremonies • Participating in tech watch events (VivaTech, Microsoft Ignite, Tech Show, Minalogic) to stay ahead of emerging trends

As a Data Analyst, I supported business teams by transforming data into actionable insights to guide operational and strategic decisions. My main tasks included: • Collecting, cleaning, and structuring large datasets from multiple sources • Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel • Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities • Preparing regular KPI reports to support performance monitoring and business reviews • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions This experience helped strengthen my analytical mindset, technical skills, and ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
