Functioned as a vital board member and chairman of all Lux holding companies and multiple EU entities to provide strategic leadership and direction. • Spearheaded the regional treasury integration of two major acquisitions valued at $12B and $24B. • Played instrumental role in a $2B bond issuance from a newly incorporated Lux vehicle, successfully balancing the debt of currency mix and curtailing financing costs. • Built and developed high-performing EMEA Treasury function and team in Luxembourg from the ground up to meet the needs of EMEA Finance Business Partners. • Drove the finance transformation process, facilitating a seamless transition of SSCs from Belgium and India to Poland, while ensuring minimised negative impacts to activities. Granted the CFO Award for this initiative. • Secured savings equivalent to 10+ FTEs through the automation of A/P and A/R

Championed a temporary assignment, serving as the Finance Director, Country Controller for Italy and Greece for BD in Milan, Italy. o Successfully setup and executed the legal entity integration plan following the acquisition. o Ensured the prompt closing of reporting and books every month/quarter, including the timely submission of financials at the end of the fiscal year.

Oversaw adherence of treasury and risk management processes to relevant minimum financial controls. Tracked and administered investments and FX exposure for the cash pool. Accomplished management of contingent liabilities in the region, as well as other trade finance securities. Liaised with the Tax department to govern dividend distributions and loans/interests’ transactions. Integrated new trade facilities and guided sales leaders and contract managers to elevate wording quality. Held accountability for incorporating treasury processes in the Hamworthy acquisition. Served as the Insurance Risk Leader to manage insurance programme policies and ensure alignment with Koch insurance philosophy. • Received recognition as the one of the first bank in EMEA to implement XML-format (ISO20022) and SEPA-compliant payment solutions.
