-Built a CSR department from the ground up, focusing on governance best practices, prioritizing People topics, and advocating for environmental awareness internally and externally (Carbon Footprint & GHG reduction action plan, etc.) -Designed & implemented a CSR Governance structure, a CSR Committee reporting quarterly to the comEX and annually to the board, and accompanied its growth through two acquisitions. -Led transversal core teams on strategic People & Organization projects such us: Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement & Satisfaction, Mental Wellbeing, Internal Communication, Remote Work, etc. -Trained over 100 colleagues on Climate Change Awareness (60+ hours of training). During my time at Splio, CSR became a global strategic project, woven into the organizational fabric thanks to a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy, and strong internal buy-in.
