Conceptualization and design of a 5-star Furnished Hotel apartment in Dubai in collaboration with local and foreign Artists: - Brief directly from project owners - Concept creation (presentations, 3D concepts, details plans and mood boards), material selection and purchase - Coordination with Artists and suppliers to ensure the client guidelines are respected - Attending Interior Design and Furniture International Fairs for material purchase - Onsite supervision and project development follow-up

Kartdesign is part of Kartell group, an Italian design company famous around the world for its culture of plastic furniture in collaboration with renowned International designers (Philippe Starck, Ron Arad, Patricia Urquiola. My tasks were to conceptualize and design of a Palace in Morocco, a Penthouse on the Palm Jumeirah Dubai and a Palace in Qatar: - PowerPoint presentations and concept proposals for clients - Designing or reorganizing the spaces: AutoCad drawings (Layouts, elevations & sections), 3D concepts with a visualizer - Managing the design team and suppliers in term f design, quality, budget and time - Enhancing my knowledge for luxury furniture brands.

Liza Jimenez developed several prestigious locations in Dubai, such as ‘Okku’ a Japanese restaurant and some areas of the ‘Dubai International Financial Centre’.  Designing the spaces (villas especially)  Finding appropriate and original accessorizes for the interiors  Bills of quantities  Supervising progress of the projects on sites  The management of the contractors. One of the projects I worked on (A penthouse in the DIFC area), appeared in one of the best-sellers Interior Design Magazine (‘Inside Out’ July 2010), http://gulfnews.com/life-style/home-interiors/darkened-skies-1.643769)).

Reponse is a group specialized in the duplication of shops, banks, restaurants... all over the country. My role was to insure surveying on site then to draw the actual facades of the spaces (on AutoCAD) and to diagnostic the place concerned and finally to assess and to confirm the new design proposed.

My task was to assist Project Managers and Design Managers for large scale projects in the most high class areas such as Palm Jumeirah. I participated in design and procurement progress meetings. I attended weekly site quality and defect inspections, including shop drawing approvals, and RFI's (Request for information documents). During the graduation day at Northumbria University, I received the Hays Prize of the best placement of the year.
