As part of my technical degree in Systems and Networks, I completed a professional internship within the IT department at Safran Engineering Services, a leading aerospace organization. During this internship, I developed solid technical and practical skills in IT support and infrastructure management. I gained hands on experience with ServiceNow, handling incident management, asset tracking, and ticket resolution efficiently. I contributed to maintaining and supporting internal IT systems, including workstations, servers, and network environments, while delivering effective technical support to end users. I also participated in Active Directory account management and various network administration tasks, while gaining exposure to cybersecurity and data protection practices in a high demand industrial context. This experience strengthened my technical foundation, problem solving abilities, and professional mindset within a structured and high performance environment.
