- Contributed to the operations of FIRO, Morocco’s first private equity fund dedicated to SMEs, with investment tickets ranging from 1 to 40 million MAD. - Supported the investment team in market research, deal screening, valuation and due diligence for investments generating strong socio-economic impact in the Oriental region. - Gained hands-on experience in investment analysis, fund mechanics and portfolio evaluation. - Conducted a literature-based research on the relationship between PE funds and family businesses, focusing on trust dynamics and collaboration gaps.

During my internship, I analyzed debt recovery management and the "Social Connection" category, exploring its link to poverty. My work involved: - Financial analysis & modeling to assess key indicators (e.g. invoice amount, consumption volume and payment delai) - Data-driven research on socioeconomic impacts (e.g. revenues) - Strategic insights to optimize recovery processes. This experience strengthened my ability to merge finance, data, and social impact for effective decision-making.

I taught specialized subjects such as Mathematics, Economics, Business Organization, and Accounting to high school students preparing for their baccalaureate exams.
