I'm building Byrsa — a cloud security platform for AWS that gives engineering teams real visibility into their infrastructure without the complexity of traditional security tools. After seeing how many breaches come down to misconfigurations that nobody caught, I wanted to build something that actually works for teams who aren't running a 50-person security department. Byrsa does continuous posture scanning, threat detection, and compliance automation — no agents, no noise, just signal. Still early. Moving fast. Always happy to talk cloud security.

Managing hybrid cloud environments across Alibaba Cloud and AWS. Deploying and maintaining workloads using EKS and AKS clusters. Implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm. Building and automating CI/CD pipelines with GitLab. Ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems. Monitoring and observability handled through Prometheus and related tooling. Collaborating with development and operations teams to improve cloud resilience and automation.

** Mission : - Perform capacity management and planning – devise mechanisms to monitor and capture system metrics and identifying potential bottlenecks at the infrastructure level. Develop formulas for capacity sizing to cater to load projections. - Define, develop, and maintain monitoring and reporting infrastructure - Deploy and manage monitoring tools of infrastructure performance, utilization and health Specification and Implementation of Cloud Operations Standard Operating Procedures - Perform Security and access control – design IAM roles and utilize cloud native controls to meet security objectives and every infrastructure level and cloud services used. - Document, and share knowledge on developed DevOps solutions. - Implement configuration management system for business continuity management and automate disaster recovery measures

** Mission : - Modernization of infrastructure and applications. - Identify ways of enhancement of the CICD pipelines and implement new features. - Design new deployment/architectural solutions. - Improve monitoring stack like grafana and prometheus. - Work with a central cloud team and provide support for all development teams. - Share knowledge among teams with regular demos. - Ensure minimal downtime during breaking changes. - Handle the process of the production go-live

** Mission : - Migrate applications/infrastructure from on-premise data center to the AWS cloud. - Implement/debate the migration architecture strategy. - Implement CI/CD pipelines to deploy applications and AWS resources using Gitlab CI/CD and Terraform. - Collaborate with developers to adopt a serverless architecture. - Set up a multi region deployment for disaster recovery. - Ensure minimal downtime during migration. ** Mission: - Assist and implement infrastructure architecture for new banking applications and handle the Go-Live process. - Deploy AWS resources with IaaC. - Set up monitoring tools like Centreon and AWS Cloudwatch. - Test and deploy changes with ansible tower to production environments. - Implement logging management tools like ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash,Kibana) and Graylog. - Ensure security enhancement for PostgreSQL. - Collaborate closely with developers, and support team. - Create documentation and processes to identify issues and resolve them with a minimum impact on the application. - Work in a mix of public cloud AWS and private cloud. Technical environment : - Cloud environment : AWS, Private cloud. - Monitoring : Centreon, AppDynamic, AWS Cloudwatch, AWS SNS - Log management : ELK ,Graylog. - Servers : Tomcat, Jboss, Apache. - Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL. - Deployment tools : Ansible tower, Cloudformation. - Scripting : Shell, Python.

** Mission: - Make sure client application is up and running without errors. - Handle issues in a timely manner and reduce impacts on application's availability. - Implement application monitoring framework, and resolve issues identified by monitors. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users on Helpdesk. - Test and deploy changes and enhancement to Production environments. - Set up new application environments, prepare and handle Go-Live. - Collaborate closely with Consultants, developers, IT and system teams. - Create documentation and processes to identify issues and resolve them with a minimum impact on the application. - Identify ways of enhancement to reduce manual interventions on the system and ensure its stability and ease of maintenance. - Handle regular platform upgrade and perform scheduled maintenance tasks. - Handle 24/7 support rotation shift. ** Knowledge: Amazon AWS Zabbix (triggers, items, actions, web scenarios, ...)
