Expérience de travail
Senior Research Engineer
ONERA (The French Aerospace Lab)
oct. 2020 - Présent
6 ans 1 mois
– Leading a defense-oriented project called SIMCIA on AI for cybersecurity and EM-based attack detection using multiple techniques such CNN, RAG, PINNs, GNN. – Contributing to the development of SEMIA, a local LLM for internal radar and EM applications using multiple techniques such Fine-tuning and Integration into ONERA's internal engineering tools. – Incorporating the use of AI models to predict multiphysyical simulation and EMC analysis. – Running multiphysical simulations for aeronautical applications since 2020. Specifically EM coupling and thermal analysis for future electrical aircrafts, leading to new methodology of installing electrical architecture in the aircraft. – Enhanced performance for distributed power supply of the ‘Dragon Electrical Aircraft' architecture for future electrical aircraft: Dragon; with the aim of achieving 0 carbon emission for cleaner skies. – Currently developing numerical models for NDT inspection simulations using EC, thermal, and acoustic methods to characterize and detect potential cracks in composite structures. – Presently utilizing high performance computing to simulate EM scenes for object detection using radar technologies to enhance radar capacity for detecting a variety of flying objects.

– Giving lectures on AI applied to science (physics) – Leading tutorials and lectures on aerodynamics, stress analysis, and vibratory dynamics. – Supervising digital twin projects through modeling and simulation of complex systems. – Conducting and facilitating practical lab sessions (TP).
Research Collaborator (Secondment)
Cassino University
– Designed and developed a new type of Eddy current probe using 3D printing for a professional experimental setup of the Eddy-Current Non Destructive Testing (ECNDT) inspection method, applied to aeronautical structures with distorted surfaces.
Research Collaborator (Secondment)
NewCastle University
– Successfully completed the first secondment by extending the ECNDT model to include thermal analysis, improving flexibility by incorporating ECPT-NDT for composite materials. – Led to a formidable comparison between simulated data and experimental data and validated the model accurately for commercialisation.
