* Pilotage des activités d’assurance qualité sur l’ERP central et validation des livrables avant mise en production. * Conception et exécution de tests fonctionnels, API (Postman, Swagger) et tests IHM end-to-end. * Collaboration avec l’équipe Performance pour la définition et la réalisation de tests de charge et de performance. * Élaboration des stratégies de test pour chaque mise en production (MEP), adaptées aux métiers d’Apave (inspection, certification, formation, conseil…). * Vérification et extraction des données via DbVisualizer/DBeaver et SQL, notamment pour les contrôles de migration et de cohérence. * Réalisation d’un POC d’automatisation avec Selenium, C# et NUnit pour accélérer les tests de régression. * Suivi et validation des échanges inter-applicatifs entre l’ERP central et les autres systèmes du SI Apave. * Utilisation de Looker Data Studio pour créer des tableaux de bord et rapports QA, mettant en avant les indicateurs qualité du projet

*Key Role and responsabilities : -Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback -Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases -Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. -Design, develop and execute Automated or manual tests using various tools and frameworks . -Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. -Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. -Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs -Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Monitor debugging process results. -Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions. -Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

*Key Role and Responsibilities : -Installing and configuring User computer Systems. -Responding to Users IT support requests. -Meeting with Users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. -Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems. -Offering solutions that meet the needs of the Users . - Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. -Maintaining good End-Users relations. - Tracking and managing work records. -Compiling job reports.

Responsabilities : .· Troubleshooting & resolving complex technical issues in customer environment · Share best practices to reduce problem occurrences · Present action plan to customer and take consent. Also ensure there is no adverse impact of the action plan on the network. · Replicate customer environment in Lab · Escalate the issue in timely manner · Keep customer informed and set realistic expectations on issue resolution. · Contribute towards Knowledge Management · TAC should ensure he/she stays abreast with all the NPIs and changes/updates to the product.
