Roles: Providing direction, technical expertise and architectural recommendations related to the IT infrastructure (network, system and security). Responsible for configuration, administration, management and setup of Servers and associated infrastructure, Firewalls, VLAN’s, VPN’s, Remote Access Technology and various security appliances. Integrates, configures and architects solutions for enterprise storage in both cloud and on-premise environments. Provides security design, integration and recommendations for infrastructure including data center, network, wireles, server, cloud storage, backup of data. Conducts research and stays up to date on relevant and emerging products, Trends, IT services, protocols, and standards related to back-end and Cloud IT Infrastructure. Leads the infrastructure and security team for design, integration and support L3. Projects designs: Design and refresh LAN/WLAN of university campus with 68 access points, 20 switches, 2 firewalls Design and integration of the ISP links with dynamic failover Automatization of users AD/AzureAD management by scripting powershell Implement a monitoring solution on infrastructure resources (Networks, Systems, Audio/Video) Security global review (authorizations, password/mfa policy, Firewall/WEB rules access, patching) Estimate cost and design, implement an hybrid datacenter based on Ubuntu LXD microcloud and Azure cloud. Leadership: Managed operationally a team of 4 people by providing support on L3, projects, monitoring and reporting.

Cisco Netacad instructor provided yearly 6 weeks courses. The cisco netacad program is based on CCNA Exam. I was responsible for teaching the program, organizing the practical works and evaluating the students.

Standardization: LAN Restaurant (5000 sites) – Defined LAN standard and change process WIFI – Created the wifi offer for IT department (Technical design, Pricing, deployment process) Project management: Migration/upgraded WAN 2000 sites (Information’s collect, Communication, Planning, Following) Wifi & LAN deployment on branches sites and HQ Web proxy migration from Zscaler to Forcepoint for 8000 users. Engineering: Administration for 5000 sites – Support N3, change qualification, design, deployment switches deployment, routers, FW, wireless AP, troubleshooting and audit (traffic injection, logs, test book), Project management and support N2/N3 reporting. Management of the project « SET monitoring security » : Follow of security update in TOIP environment. Study the possible patches impact to TOIP architecture. In parallel: In collaboration with the responsible network security. Definition and integration of a coherent system architecture to accommodate security solutions for our service (20 people).
