Main responsibilities were: • Conducted an in-depth evaluation of the “OCHA Foundations” induction e-learning modules. • Served as online tutor for the first phase of the 2015 edition of the blended learning “Human Field Coordination Programme” (HFCP). Main responsibilitites included: - Improvement of user’s guides. - Tutoring and follow-up of more than 50 on-line students around the world. - LMS management. - Moderation, compilation, analysis of students’ answers and feedback. - Development of the on-line learning evaluation questionnaire. • Participation of the initial stage of the instructional design of the next OCHA Leadership program. • Participation and facilitation of staff meetings, and collaboration with the instructional design of a team building training program for the Staff Welfare Unit.
