Project Management Officer within the ARP team (Airbus ARP migration project from one SAP solution to another). 2 years project affecting the assembly lines and the procurement and supply chain logistic of the legacy programs : A320, A330, A380 and A400M. 6 million euros in close collaboration with Airbus Toulouse, Nantes and Sevilla as well as the IT engineering team. In order to ensure the success of the migration project, the cleansing and the restructuration of all the assembly data is necessary as well as the training of more than a thousand employees. Role in the project : -Reporting and progress overview -Planning, monitoring, management of the project using Airbus' LBIP+ methodology in order to control the quality, costs and schedules -Organization of the change management (training and communication)

Lighting projects of different fields : tertiary (malls, supermarkets, retail stores, offices), industrial (automotive factories, electricity plant), transports (train stations, airport, suburban train station) and outdoor (parking lots, private residence's gardens). Most projects followed the following timeline : -On-site audit of the existing equipments, illumination levels and natural light contribution -Conception or modification of a DWG drawing to include the luminaires and the lux levels -Analysis of the values and suggestion of several solutions to improve the quality of the lighting and to make it more energy-efficient -DIALux Evo modeling of the solutions and calculation of the return on investment for each solution -Help for the installation of the new luminaires and verification of the quality of the lighting -Work on Energy Performance Contract

6-month internship in an engineering firm specialized in lighting.
