Lecturer of the session "Companies Strategy and Information System Alignment" at ISTA. Through real-world social and business case examples, the lecture enables students to understand the challenges of aligning Companies' Strategies, and operations, with data and information systems. During this role, I delivered digital, collaborative, and networked business experiences to meet worldwide customers’ strategic goals and operational needs. I oversaw functional and technical integration with world-class 3rd parties service providers, including Fintech, KYC, and logistics. Furthermore, I responded to RFx, designed mockups, conducted platform demos, and led SOW sessions with the customers.

Involved for over 10 years in various positions, in national and international ERP implementation projects.

In my role, I created plans, established stakeholder relationships, and led the team to manage procurement projects portfolio for the IS department. I designed a roadmap to ensure the smooth execution of future procurement. Moreover, I managed RFI/RFQ creation and contractual obligations while building relationships between the functional and technical teams to ensure efficient delivery of IT services. Because ERP had missing features and consultancy methodologies had flaws, over several years I designed and developed a complete project framework (+30k lines of code) on top of Peoplesoft. As an outcome, the toolbox combined with a new project approach allowed to increase projects productivity and efficiency by releasing auto-generated standardized deliverables, etc. Last but not least, it introduces originality and boldness in the daily consultant tasks! Even though it was used by a lot of consultants it was never commercialized. A designer is rarely a good sales!

As a Technical Program Director, I drove technical portfolio activities by formulating plans. I steered strategic, cohesive operations by establishing coordination with project team members and other sections of the organisation. I defined data exchange and conversion data architecture while setting standard rules for the development process.
