• Support the Chief Data & AI Officer in defining the Data & AI strategy, strategic priorities and transformation roadmap • Structure and drive core Data & AI governance and management pillars covering data ownership, documentation, quality,modeling, privacy, and access management, etc • Manage end-to-end the “Nutricrops Data & AI Academy” program and internal communication, scaling data literacy, autonomy, and adoption of analytics and AI across the organization • Drive the delivery of Data & AI products, translating business needs into product roadmaps and coordinating stakeholders to maximize business value and adoption • Drive PMO activities across the Data & AI Department, supporting strategic planning, cross-team coordination, performance tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives.
