Introduction

I started my journey at 15 years old in a small city in Tunisia, growing up in a hardworking family with big dreams. Even at that age, I felt a strong responsibility to create something meaningful. I began by teaching young children helping them take their first steps into education, sharing my passion for mathematics, physics, and languages. That experience shaped who I am today: someone who believes in growth, impact, and giving back. Later, I pursued engineering, driven by my love for problem-solving, analysis, and the flexibility of thinking that this field develops. Alongside my studies, I worked as a mathematics and physics teacher for international schools (IGCSE, AS & A Level), where I was recognized as one of the best teachers. A turning point in my life came when a school director told me: “I see you bigger. Next year, I don’t want to see you in the same place.” That sentence stayed with me it pushed me to think bigger, act bolder, and grow. I then trained with the Founder Institute, where I developed leadership, business, and strategic thinking skills. I pitched projects in front of international investors, built business cases, and explored markets and strategies. This journey led me to create my first startup, which grew from zero to a profitable business and even attracted investment interest a milestone I am truly proud of. After that, I moved into project management, where I had the opportunity to work with leaders who believed in my potential. Soon after, I took a major step in my life and moved to Germany a country where I wanted to challenge myself and grow further. I started again from the ground up as a software developer, even without prior direct experience, because I believe in learning from the fundamentals. My long-term vision has always been to grow into roles related to management, process optimization, and business strategy where I can create impact at a larger scale. Since then, I have continuously invested in myself: attending international conferences, learning from global professionals, and pushing beyond my comfort zone even during difficult times. Today, I am still driven by the same energy and the same big dream. I am currently learning my fourth language, developing new skills, and looking for an opportunity in a company that believes in people a company where I can grow, contribute, and create value. I don’t just bring skills I bring commitment, resilience, and the determination to become better every single day.
