- Extract large-scale food products data from a public database, transform it, and integrate it into the company's database. - Design and automate ETL pipeline to add or update products - Map products and score them by price, customer allergies and other relevant attributes; serve the results to the front-end via an API.

- Processing of defect reports (non-conformities) submitted by the Infrastructure Operator (OI): verification, creation, and follow-up of anomaly tickets, each of which had to be resolved within 15 business days to avoid financial penalties ranging from €300 to €600 per case. - Phone assistance to field technicians during the correction of defects identified after fiber-optic installations. - Validation of interventions and submission of compliance evidence (photos) to the OI, preventing financial penalties.

As part of this project, I was a member of the “AI & Data” team, responsible for developing an intelligent model to optimize football players’ performance. The project involved several teams: IoT, Web Development, and AI & Data. My role was to collect or simulate the data required for AI model development - data that was also essential for the IoT team to test and validate their tools.

- Actively handled FTTH service incidents, tracking an average of 73 tickets per day per employee through the SNOW system. - Assist users throughout the incident resolution process, ensuring proper follow-up, closure, and qualification of Level 1 tickets before escalation to expert teams when required.
