• Supporting the Commercial, Finance and Marketing teams in Taiwan by transforming raw market data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. • Built automated Power BI dashboards to monitor value and volume performance, enabling trade marketing and sales managers to act on real-time KPIs. • Created a web app using Python and Streamlit to transform unstructured outlet inventory data from 40+ wholesalers into structured data that was then fed into a dashboard. This project saved Pernod Ricard Taiwan 200,000 USD a year as they used to do this externally • Set up Databricks to connect important datasets and to have a scheduled refresh into our dashboarding tools (Web Apps, Power BI and RShiny) • Led monthly meetings to teach team how to use the data platforms, extract insights and gather feedback on other data needs and projects • Laid out the foundations of a Data Governance structure where I identified Data Owners and Stewards.
