As a Team Lead at eWave, I not only oversee the technical aspects of global brands' transformation journeys but also lead a team of dedicated professionals. Excited to be part of a dynamic team, I manage technical requirements and development scope, ensuring projects are delivered with precision and excellence. Additionally, I play a key role in workforce management, handling roster calculations and contributing to team organization. I am also responsible for maintaining our knowledge base in Confluence, ensuring that valuable insights are readily accessible to support our team's success. – Collaborating with development and management teams (developers, QA's, DevOps, HR's, TA's). – Managing workforce and resource allocation, supervising team billability and profitability. – Supervising more than 10 projects simultaneously (Magento/SFCC/Akeneo/etc). – Creating and maintaining shift schedules, overseeing team workload, and troubleshooting complex issues. – Conducting candidate interviews, onboarding new hires, and providing training and supervision. – Establishing and maintaining communication channels to ensure proper information flow among project stakeholders. – Optimizing teamwork processes. – Conducting team meetings and face-to-face catch-ups, as well as retrospectives. – Improving the internal workflows database, refining JIRA processes, and keeping Confluence up-to-date. – Monitoring deadlines and time tracking.
