As a member of the small Design team in Unifonic (2 members), my main role is to design and maintain Unifonic cPaSS platform. • Assessing product requirements, conducted research and competitive analysis to propose the most suitable solutions. • Leading ideation sessions with stakeholders to have a functional concept. • Designing sketches, flows and low fidelity wireframes to assess validity of proposed solution. • Building a design system from scratch and maintaining it. • Created functional prototypes to demonstrate the interactive part of the designs. • Co-owning the full onboarding experience on the platform (tool used Userpilot). • Moderating usability tests. • Designing user interfaces. • Performing a design quality assurance for developed ones.

As a member of the UX/UI team in Carrefour, my main role is to create pleasant and simple user experiences from start to end for the e-commerce solutions on several platforms: web, mobile app and in-store apps as well as provide guidance for 3rd party vendor applications. • Assess product requirements, conduct research and benchmarks to propose the most suitable solutions. • Design sketches, flows and low fidelity wireframes to assess validity of proposed solution. • Conduct user testing with real users to validate proposed solutions. With the testing being done via an external entity, my responsibility is to create the scripts, testing scenarios and sometimes even moderate the testing myself. • Create remote user testing via tools such as usability Hub. • Create functional prototypes for testing and demonstration purposes. • Design user interfaces based on established design systems. • Work closely with Developers and other stakeholders to ensure final designs match intended ones and conduct quality control over the finalized designs. • Work on building a design system, supporting in strategy and implementation. • Regularly analyzing data via different Analytics tools mainly Google Analytics and Hot Jar. • For an interim period of time, I was managing the traffic of the team whereby I was assigning tasks to designers and following up with them and other stakeholders. • Work with finance to fulfill the UX/UI team financial requirements mainly the purchase of tools and hardware. • Support junior designers in their work and onboard new joiners.
