Design and Development of an Intelligent Web Platform for Automated Web Scraping Script Generation As part of my Master’s final project in Information Systems Engineering, I designed and developed an AI-powered platform that automatically generates advanced web scraping scripts based on user requirements. The project was managed using a Water-Scrum-Fall methodology to combine structured planning with agile delivery cycles. The platform tackles modern web challenges such as dynamic content and anti-bot protections by integrating a reinforcement learning agent and a transformer-based code generator for adaptive and automated script generation. A Dueling Deep Q-Network (DQN) agent, built using Gymnasium and PyTorch, capable of autonomously exploring the DOM, simulating user interactions (clicks, form filling), detecting access barriers (authentication, AJAX), and optimizing scraping paths through a reward-driven reinforcement learning environment. A Transformer-based code generation engine, fine-tuned on CodeGen models via Hugging Face, which translates user prompts into executable Python scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and BeautifulSoup, tailored to the structure and constraints of the target website. Technical Stack Frontend: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Express, Redis, Flask (for AI microservices) AI: PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, DQN, MLOps Database: PostgreSQL, Prisma Security/DevOps: JWT, HTTPS, CI/CD with GitHub Actions

Created custom websites for diverse clients, leveraging expertise in both "from scratch" development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and WordPress. Designed and customized unique themes while optimizing performance and enhancing user experience (UX/UI) to deliver impactful and high-performing solutions.

Designed and developed a web-based Human Resources Management application, streamlining processes such as employee tracking, leave management, and performance evaluation. Worked across the full development stack, implementing responsive user interfaces and efficient database management, ensuring scalability and usability for the company.
