Cloud MDM Tech Lead & Release Manager Led the cloud migration of an enterprise MDM platform (AWS/Reltio) covering 5 million organisations and 13 million individuals, acting as an MDM Tech lead and owning delivery across governance, implementation and security. Data Governance & Operating Model Established a robust data governance model, positioning MDM as the single source of truth and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Empowered regional customer data teams across multiple zones through training of data stewards, ensuring effective adoption.
