Introduction

Backend Developer specialized in PHP and Laravel, I design and build reliable web applications that turn real business needs into structured, secure, and maintainable solutions. My experience goes beyond creating basic CRUD features. I work on complete backend workflows: analyzing requirements, modeling databases with the MERISE method and MCD/MLD diagrams, designing REST APIs, implementing authentication and role-based access control, validating data, managing asynchronous tasks with queues, writing automated tests, and setting up CI/CD checks. Through my projects, I have worked on different types of applications, including a multi-role marketplace, a bilingual booking and document-management platform for a notarial office, a project-management backend, and an AI-powered expense assistant that transforms unstructured supplier receipts into categorized and validated data. These projects have allowed me to address concrete challenges such as secure payments, webhooks, activity tracking, geolocation, real-time features, permissions, and structured data processing. I am also interested in the practical integration of artificial intelligence into backend applications. My approach is not limited to adding a chatbot or sending prompts to a model. I focus on building controlled workflows where AI-generated data is structured, validated, tested, and safely integrated into the application. To deliver features more efficiently, I use AI coding agents within a Spec-Driven Development workflow. I begin by clarifying the need, defining specifications and acceptance criteria, then implement features incrementally, review the generated changes, run tests, and validate the result before delivery. This allows me to benefit from AI-assisted development while keeping full control over code quality. I work with an organized and collaborative mindset, using Agile and Scrum principles, Kanban boards, Jira, Git, code reviews, and clear technical documentation to track progress and keep development aligned with the project goals. I am currently looking for an opportunity as a Backend Developer, particularly in the PHP and Laravel ecosystem, where I can contribute to useful products, strengthen my engineering skills, and grow within a professional technical team.
