As part of a project to migrate and upgrade the core Banking (from delta V9 to amplitude 11.3.7) and the implementation of a payment system (Mastercard / Monext), my mission is to: - Define project governance, delineate the responsibilities of various stakeholders, and ensure an adequate level of internal (headquarters and subsidiaries) and external communication related to the project. - Develop the project schedule and organization along with its various stages (selection, negotiation, preparation, implementation, migration, etc.). - Oversee the progress of the program and manage deadlines (planning, critical path identification and margin analysis and optimization, milestone and deliverable tracking). - Develop, update, and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and internal reporting. - Anticipate and monitor alerts, manage risks, and identify opportunities. - Establish action plans, test plans, and project assessments. - Set up data rooms and manage the document collection process from different departments. - Provide a group wide standard approach to project delivery. - Provide full and accurate visibility of project status and effective prioritisation of project management resources to support the strategic change agenda. - Managing, coordinating, and communicating progress through development, testing and implementation of Commitment, Foreign Operation,Regulatory Reporting,Leasing and Risk Management Module . - Perform business analysis to identify and recommend solutions for data migration issues with business or technical processes. - Scoping & Gap analysis, Drafting of new business requirements . - Assist with project-related activities: both with clients and internally, to successful completion, including ensuring the delivery of projects on time and on budget
