Aplorio, online invoicing software for small construction businesses. Product designed, developed, brought to compliance and sold single-handedly, from the first commit to the first paying customers. • Full-stack Nuxt 4 application in strict TypeScript: quotes with work packages and multi-rate VAT, down-payment invoices, progress billing, retention money, job-site and payment tracking (140 server routes, 180+ Vue components). • Compliance with the French e-invoicing reform: connection to a certified platform (Plateforme Agréée), EN 16931-compliant CII XML, PDF/A-3b Factur-X, e-reporting, invoice lifecycle tracking. • Quality: two test suites in CI, one of which blocks any new route until its session guard and tenant isolation are declared. • AI assistant built on the Anthropic SDK: reads PDF quotes and invoices, drives the application, evaluation corpus built from real documents. • Stripe payments and subscriptions, passkey and magic-link authentication, installable PWA and Android app. • Reproducible deployment with Nix and NixOS on a production server. • Go-to-market: positioning, blog and trade-specific pages, targeted outreach.
