During this period, I worked as QPTM "Quality Project Team Member", on two different projects: 1 - P2X ECOLED HEADLAMP project for STELLANTIS OEM For this project in development phase, I ensured the following tasks: * Participation to Product FMEA updating from upstream projects and Process FMEA from production synoptics. * Elaboration of ACR "Aspect Control Ranges" with controls timing. * Elaboration of VRF "Valeo Requirement File" documents for purchased parts, in which I was defining: The criticality level for the different part dimensions to be respected by the supplier, and the packaging procedure. * Quality documentation update regarding product modification, process regarding procedures and standards evolution. * Critical and Regulatory files elaboration basing on 2D plans. * Ensure the traceability of critical and regulatory characteristics in the FMEA, the monitoring plan and means of control robustness. 2 V518 HEADLAMP project for VOLVO OEM For this project, in production phase (pre-series), I ensured the following tasks: * Action plan execution and closure of open points, organization of audits on production units to qualify them for series production launch. * Realization of POKA-YOKE parts for production screwing units to ensure the conformity of the parts used for the assembly. * QRQC "Quick Response Quality Control" meetings participation to resolve anomalies arising in production. * VIM "Valeo Incident Management" following for detected production anomalies.

Main missions : - Implementation of Safety activities for innovative projects and supplier safety documentation assessment. - Safety case elaboration for different safety projects lifecycle and perimeters (automotive shock absorption system, Airbags & Seat-belts systems).
