– Produced an ATS blueprint: business requirements analysis, process mapping and data flow modelling (REST API, external platforms). – Set up a multi-channel job board resulting in +25% qualified applications. – Built an OCR / NLP module for automated CV parsing (Python): 80% reduction in extraction time. – Created an HR dashboard with integrated KPIs (pipeline, conversion rate, lead times) using Power BI and SQL: 40% reduction in reporting time. – Drafted functional and technical specifications for the integration of a third-party HR platform.

Key responsibilities: Developed Python scripts to automate crash simulation processes and post-processing tasks. Worked extensively with LS-DYNA, SFE CONCEPT, and ModeFRONTIER to optimize and validate crash models. Integrated SDOptim to manage simulation design of experiments (DoE) and optimization tasks. Enhanced efficiency in model parameter tuning for frontal and side impact crash scenarios. Collaborated with engineers and analysts to ensure alignment with real-world crash regulations and safety standards. This internship gave me hands-on experience in crashworthiness, simulation automation, and performance optimization in the automotive field.

-Accompagnement du Manager Filière Projet dans l’amélioration continue des flux d’approvisionnement et la qualité des stocks, avec un accent sur la planification de la demande et la distribution des produits pour maximiser l’efficacité. — Suivi et optimisation des KPI (qualité de stock, optimisation des flux logistiques, projets RSE), avec mise en place de tableaux de bord et d’outils d’analyse pour les nouveaux projets. — Analyse des besoins opérationnels et soutien au Manager sur l’évolution des indicateurs, outils et processus en lien avec la gestion des stocks et la réduction des coûts. — Conception de nouveaux processus d’approvisionnement pour renforcer l’approche éco-responsable et alignés sur la responsabilité sociale d’entreprise (RSE). — Garantie de la fiabilité des données disponibles pour les acteurs opérationnels, notamment à travers la collaboration avec différents départements pour améliorer les opérations de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. — Animation des réunions opérationnelles avec le Manager et collaboration avec différents services pour la gestion des saisonnalités et la planification stratégique.

Our project focuses on enhancing posture detection model performance using domain adaptation techniques. We aim to transfer knowledge between domains, considering variations in lighting, camera perspectives, and user demographics. Leveraging advancements in deep learning, particularly CNNs and GANs, we align feature distributions for improved generalization. Challenges include the absence of a dedicated dataset and limitations in capturing dynamic posture behavior. We emphasize implementing domain adaptation strategies to ensure reliability and accuracy across diverse environments.

- Propose a seating strategy on the airplane that maximizes customer satisfaction and operational performance, while respecting a certain number of constraints.

Summary: In order to improve patient care, the study tackles the pressing need for an enhanced early warning system that can detect fatal diseases. It purposefully creates a one-hour temporal gap to enable prompt response by efficiently identifying serious medical events. Approach: 1. Feature extraction: Three different methods are used to extract pertinent features from the data. 2. Feature Selection: Employing Mutual Information Gain for meticulous selection. 3. Classification: Leveraging the rapid and high-performance Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) model. The project aims to deliver real-time information on waiting times across various branches, utilizing Machine Learning models. This approach ensures efficient planning through dynamic calculation of waiting times, incorporating factors such as historical queue data, transaction volumes, branch locations, and special events.

Objectif de ma mission : En tant que stagiaire en développement d'application mobile, ma mission principale a été de travailler au sein de l'équipe de développement pour concevoir, développer et améliorer la fonctionnalité de simulation de crédit de l'application "Pocket Bank" en utilisant la technologie React Native. Responsabilités : -Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe de développement pour comprendre les besoins et les exigences liés à la simulation de crédit dans "Pocket Bank". -Concevoir et développer des composants React Native pour intégrer la fonction de simulation de crédit, en assurant une expérience utilisateur fluide et intuitive. -Implémenter des calculs financiers et des algorithmes nécessaires à la simulation de crédit. -Assurer le test et la validation de la fonctionnalité de simulation de crédit pour garantir son bon fonctionnement et son efficacité.
