• Program manager for Renault, NISSAN and Peugeot OEM • Product Portfolio : Display ,cluster , Key and immobiliser ( plastic injection and assembly) • Manage and coordinate communication and deliverables between and within functional areas (e.g. development /manufacturing/sales) and across multiple customer programs • Manage scope changes, communicate internally and to customer in a timely fashion to meet Cost/Time/Product/Quality targets • lead an international multi-functional project and program team( in Tunisia , Europe , japan ) From kick-off through to production launch. • financial management of the project (budget, forecasts etc.) as well as for the project accounting (managing profitability and revenue targets)

• Responsible for the manufacturing of Displays Car Key and analog Clocks for the OEM RSA , Daimler , VW and JLR • Drive the Plant Team for each functional area (Manufacturing engineering, production, Quality, Logistic…) • Manage all process/product changes within the plant • Lead the Process launch related activity with the plant :Customer requirements, FMEA, Control plan, leading to reach the launch targets . • Create start-up plan, maintain timeline, manufacturing readiness and open issues list to ensure targets are achieved • New Product launch :

• In charge for a range of the terminals of payment (products communicating via Ethernet, modem and GPRS) within the company, department defence and security • Follow up of production performance (cost, quality, productivity) • Manufacturing process change and configuration control • Manage industrialization of the new products. • Define the programs of industrialization and manufacturing

• In charge for the process of Electronic meters and terminal of payment manufacturing units. • Define the objectives of reduction of the production costs by proposing improvements of process and/or equipment. • Optimize times of production by setting up new manufacturing processes • Carry out the adjustments machine to correct the drifts.
