- Involved in conducting research in the field of IT strategy planning, implementation and alignment - Completed master's thesis in developing and verification of IT strategy checklist for practice. As part of the thesis, a checklist to verify the contents of IT strategy in practice was developed by conducting IT strategy literature review and IT strategy practice analysis. This checklist was then verified by interviewing IT strategy consultants and practitioners. The results will help operationalize successful IT strategies that support organizational success. - Conducted a consulting project to optimize business processes in a mid-sized e-mail marketing company. The project required interviewing 30 top managers to determine areas for improvement for business process optimization and IT service management. The results were presented to the management board in a form of a management workshop. The results included a SWOT analysis, business process models (BPMN), enterprise domain map, enterprise situation and strategy analysis, organization analysis, problems and legacies, and recommendations for improvement.
