• Developed a strategic FTE capacity management simulation tool in Python Dash for the R&D planning department, enabling scenario-based forecasting and optimal resource allocation over a 5 year horizon by combining current Planisware portfolio data with future project pipeline • Established a 5 year future pipeline in collaboration with the Research department, creating a predictive baseline for capacity planning scenarios • Implemented a template based system automatically applying standardized project structures to simulate portfolio impact when adding, modifying, or removing future projects • Built a scalable, modular Python architecture following Agile principles, deployed across Dev/UAT/Prod environments via GitHub and Posit Connect in collaboration with 4 other developers • Delivered interactive analytical tools enabling real-time portfolio exploration with full edit capabilities on future projects, with user training and post-deployment support Technical environment: Python (Dash, Pandas, NumPy), Jupyter Notebooks, Planisware, GitHub, Posit Connect, Agile/Scrum
