Within the Client Data & Analytics team for EU and Latino America markets. Key responsibilities : – Performed customer data profiling, cleansing, and normalization activities to ensure data quality and consistency. – Helped to maintain customer data management rules, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. – Contributed to the resolution of customer data issues by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. – Conducted manual reviews as well as data matching and merging operations, following established rules to ensure accurate data consolidation. – Performed end-to-end testing of data flows during technical migrations and integration of new business features to ensure data integrity and proper system functionality. – Provided regular reports and analyses on customer data quality, highlighting areas for improvement and offering recommendations to optimize data usage. – Trained and raised awareness among internal users (markets and divisions) on best practices for clinet data management, particularly in data collection, storage, and sharing – Participated in implementing processes and controls to ensure client data integrity and security, particularly regarding access management and privacy protection.

Attached to the Digital Innovation & Services department of CHANEL's Europe Region, within the Client Data & Analytics team. Part of the business team as a data steward working for Swiss, Indian and Latino America markets.

The role is responsible to partner with Divisions and Markets with focus on data process improvement and on data quality & compliance within EDA - Entreprise Data & Analytics, Signify (formerly Philips lighting) Main tasks: – Ensure that DQ metrics are embedded in business processes – Market user trainings lead on internal customer/product master data tools – Business partnering and consultancy on customer/product master data topics and issues – Transforming markets pain points into metrics and KPIs as part of the data quality process and data governance – Master data reporting and analysis – Coordinating business needs with IT/EDA team.

Beyond Ratings, part of the Information Services Division (ISD) of London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), offers new financial standards that systematically and transparently incorporate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria into risk analysis. Within the Data Team : – Imported and integrated internal and external data via LSEG internal tools – Processed, calculated, controled and extracted ESG Finance indicators from different data sources and providers to generate Datamarts which serve in models for calculating ESG indices. – Performed SQL scripts and maintained databases updates – Worked on Jira and Asana for project management – Data deliveries to clients and stakeholders – Followed data governance processes and proactively treate data quality issues – Checked data discrepancies reports and correct it if necessary – With Senior Data Manager, scheduled data updates and validation according to clients and stakeholders deliveries – Documented data update processes (purpose, steps,deadlines and involved parties)
