At LSC360, I managed end-to-end sustainability consulting projects, delivering tailored ESG solutions to clients across diverse industries. My responsibilities included implementing the Fit4Sustainability program under the Luxembourg government, conducting carbon footprint assessments, developing sustainability reports, and leading the double materiality analysis for LSC360. I worked directly with clients including a leading bakery group, an engineering firm, and a food production company, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights. As a client-facing consultant, I independently oversaw project delivery from initial scoping to final presentation, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability objectives and regulatory requirements.

During my time at EY Luxembourg, I worked in the Climate Change and Sustainability practice, gaining hands-on experience across ESG and sustainable finance topics. I supported a diverse portfolio of clients, including large corporations and financial institutions, in developing and implementing sustainability strategies. My role focused on helping organizations prepare for CSRD compliance, leading double materiality assessments, gap analyses, and roadmap development. I also advised on key EU sustainability regulations such as the CSRD, SFDR, and CS3D, translating complex policy requirements into actionable business insights. Additionally, I contributed to the creation of sustainability reporting frameworks, conducted stakeholder analyses, and developed training materials to strengthen clients’ ESG capabilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I delivered data-driven recommendations to help clients meet evolving regulatory and market expectations.

Main responsibilities: researching and analysing new EU regulatory developments in the sustainability policy landscape; writing reports and communicating research findings to senior advisors and clients; management and involvement in a small-scope project based on the EU Renovation Wave (i.e., greening on buildings; taking the role of communications manager.
