Ino Van Winckel

At Novaco AI, I am responsible for leading the development team and driving product direction from both a strategic and operational perspective within the automotive sector. I combine hands-on product ownership with client-facing project management to ensure we build the right solutions at the right time. My role sits at the intersection of Product Owner and Project Manager: – Translating client needs and business goals into a clear, prioritized product roadmap – Making strategic decisions on what we build, when we build it, and why – Managing scope, timelines, and expectations with clients and stakeholders – Aligning development execution with long-term product vision – Leading and coordinating the development team to deliver high-quality, scalable AI-drive solutions for the automotive sector
