💻 The client needed a more stable and friendly way of planning, monitoring and coordinating the electricity flow and framework. They needed a more transparent, secure way of working as they were previously relying a lot on emails with attachments being sent. ▪️Insured a 100% transparency to what is being planned and to the whole flow for determining / negotiating the prices by making it all available in the application for the users with the right amount of privileges. ▪️Gained a 7x increase in security by moving discussions / documents / plans to an application with a high number of security levels, instead of keeping it available via email. ▪️Decreased the human error by 1000% by applying constraints on the process that needs to be followed for different actions and by doing all energy and price calculations automatically inside the application.

💻 The client, a German IT Services provider for a major cooperative banking network, needed a way to decrease the need for human intervention in the process of providing permissions to a third party on a customer's account to an absolute minimum. ◾ Decreased the number of permission-providing flows where a bank employee is needed by 900% by automating the process of sending and receiving documents, legitimating the new customer. ◾ Gained a 3x increase in performance by decoupling the logic and using microservices and kafka events to automate the permission-providing flow.

Banking Anti Financial Crime Application 💻 The client, a leading German banking company, needed a way to filter out suspicious transactions and notice the appropriate agencies when blacklisted customers try to make a transaction with the bank.  ◾ Gained an increase of 1000x in performance by switching from pl/sql logic to a scripting language. ◾ Boosted stability by 40% by designing a custom-tailored module of a fallback mechanism with retrials, backups, recoveries and error notification systems. ◾ Increased the response time to take action from 1 week to under 1 minute by switching from manual to automatic response flow. A custom response was triggered when a suspicious activity was noticed and was dependent on the type of activity.

They wanted a way of automatically detecting the user that contacted them through all their possible contact methods. ▪️Improved by 90% the employee productivity & efficiency, as well as customer satisfaction, by automating most of the manual processes and making the identification process automatically ▪️Eliminated 60% of security vulnerabilities by delivering a state-of-the-art solution and resolved critical blocker backwards-compatibility problems related to classpath handling and product installation.

Domain Selling Application 💻 A leading German domain-selling company wanted to gain more market share, increase the number of subscriptions of each user for different subscriptions and decrease the number of calls to their call center. ◾ Decreased the number of calls to the contact center by 80% by reorganizing the UX and making it more intuitive and easier to access. ◾ Gained a 5x increase in the number of subscriptions that existing customers were buying by implementing “one-click” actions. ◾ Gained a 4x increase in the number of new customers by preparing the launch date of a new top-level domain with lightning-fast services that were able to make a reservation of the new top level domain ahead of our competitors
