Key Achievements: • Project Manager for: - E-management system implementation at RA ROMATSA – RA ROMATSA’s mission is to provide air traffic services for the aircraft operating GAT (General Air Traffic) flights, under IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) conditions, within the Romanian airspace, as well as within any other airspace allotted to Romania following to international agreements. Novensys integrated at Romatsa modern IT solutions based on Oracle applications: EBS - E-Business Suite (Financials, HR, Procurement, Inventory and Projects), Identity and Access Management, Hyperion Planning, WebCenter Content Management, Business Intelligence and Portal. The scope of the project also consisted of hardware and digital certificates delivery and PKI solution implementation.

Key Achievements: -Project Manager for: • MVNO in a Box project – an end-to-end MVNO platform deployed to a Hong Kong network operator which migrated its old platform to a new generation one. The project was developed and launched in production in 7 months, involved a team of 30 people and 7 hardware and software worldwide vendors and its budget was a little more than 1 MIL EURO; • Location Based projects- integrated with SMSC and OSS network elements the solutions aimed to initiate SMS campaigns based on the subscriber’s last known location; • EU Structural Funds – Computaris applied for obtaining funding through POSCCE program for creating the MVNE platform; • “Loyalty Manager (LM)” project – a truly convergent real-time loyalty management platform developed for INWI Maroc for helping the operator increase its customer fidelity;
