- Planning and executing all aspects of testing phase, monitoring and maintaining compliance with tight time requirements and identify and mitigate risks or provide contingency solutions; - Participating in all phases of software test and release cycle: design and development of test projects and test cases, functional testing, regression testing, system testing, usability testing, final acceptance dry-run testing and final acceptance testing; - Design test cases and develop automated test cases for backend requests (SoapUI, Postman); - Working closely with the development team and the clients in order to understand the changing requirements and develop or modify testing strategy; - Provide information to developers in order to fix defects; - Responsible for reporting and communicating on test activities to the line organisation, software developers and functional analysts; - Testing types used: Smoke testing, Functional testing, Usability testing Regression testing; - Experience on VoIP platforms, Telephony products;
