CONTEXT Within the “Agile Expertise" team of Crédit Agricole insurance, I have joined a team of agile coaches working on the agile progressive transformation of business functions and development teams within the company. OBJECTIVES ● Coach teams in their transition to agile frameworks. CONTEXTE 24S, a subsidiary of the LVMH group, operates a marketplace for the group's products. To enhance the maturity and performance of its agile teams, the company works with a team of agile coaches. As an agile coach, I supported four Scrum teams within the organization. CONTEXT Within the IT department of the "OSE" project, I temporarily filled in for a Product Owner on maternity leave. I was responsible for the development and maintenance of insurance products for vehicle fleets and buildings, while also supporting other product teams as a coach. ACHIEVEMENTS: ● Coached OSE product teams to improve their agile delivery and maturity.​ ● Gathered business requirements, wrote User Stories, and prioritized development tasks.​ ● Maintained and evolved insurance products for Buildings and Automotive Fleets.​ ● Managed the product backlog and improved transparency of the team’s work across the organization.​ ● Reported team deliveries during IT steering committees. Convinced of the benefits of Agile frameworks, I successfully persuaded my client to adopt an Agile approach after 4 months. I led my first Agile transformation and then supported the teams in a dual role as Scrum Master and Product Owner. CONTEXT Enablon is a software publisher offering clients a comprehensive ERP-type management solution. The entire company operates using Scrum methodology, which it masters thoroughly. As a software analyst, I joined one of the Scrum development teams and was trained in the role of Scrum Master.
