As the dawn of 2020 approached, Sábios underwent a complete transformation. The core of the company revolves around an immersive learning platform that combines education with the power of artificial intelligence. This platform provides clients with a virtual environment to replicate real-world problems, thereby identifying gaps in their employees' knowledge and suggesting tailored learning trails to improve performance. As a Designer and Communicator, I was tasked with leading the company's rebranding efforts. This included developing a new brand identity, creating design materials, updating the institutional website and social media channels, and outlining a comprehensive marketing plan. The first months of the year were marked by significant progress. We defined a new brand image and created several design artifacts, including updated websites and social media profiles. At the same time, we initiated a process of discovery regarding the platform, with the goal of delivering a complete redesign in line with the company's 2020 plans. Through these efforts, I aimed to communicate the company's value proposition and foster a strong relationship with our customers.

My tenure at Softplan was a truly enriching experience, particularly in terms of my growth as a UX Designer. I had the privilege of working at the UX Competence Center, alongside a talented team of 30 professionals. My role included various responsibilities, but one of the most impactful was documenting the company's Design System, The Bayon. At the time, it consisted of 37 components and was widely used in the production of all products within the Justice Unit. Working closely with stakeholders and contributing to flow design, user journeys, and interviews and tests aimed at improving product performance was a central part of my day-to-day at the company. The constant exposure to these experiences allowed me to deepen my understanding of user experience design and better understand the needs of users. In summary, my time at Softplan was a critical period in my career that provided me with a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of UX/UI Design.

As a seasoned designer, I had the honor of joining the talented team at Himni, where I was tasked with creating memorable and impactful designs. My work routine was both diverse and challenging, encompassing everything from logo design to printing, and from web and app interface design to front-end development. It was a truly exhilarating experience, as I was given the opportunity to showcase my skills and creativity across multiple projects, including Adam, Renavin, Wyrker and more. Working in collaboration with my colleagues, I was able to develop some truly remarkable designs that truly reflected the essence and objectives of each product. Every day was a new adventure, as I explored new avenues and challenged myself to push the boundaries of my craft. Whether it was creating logos that were simple yet impactful, or developing web and app interfaces that were intuitive and engaging, I poured my heart and soul into every project, always striving for excellence.

It was a dynamic and flexible environment, where I have been able to contribute my expertise to a wide range of projects. Whether it was co-planning and co-working on user interfaces and websites, or developing apps and social media content, I approached each challenge with a commitment to excellence and a passion for my craft. The ability to work remotely and in a flexible manner allowed me to balance my professional and personal life in a way that was both fulfilling and rewarding. I was able to bring my best self to every project, and was never limited by rigid schedules or confined to a single location. My work routine was a perfect blend of creativity and collaboration, as I worked with teams of like-minded individuals to bring new ideas to life. Whether I was developing wireframes, creating visual designs, or coding complex web applications, I always approached each task with an eye for detail and a drive for excellence. This is a real estate development company, active in three countries, with some besides activities.
