Production Manager for Fermentation & Extraction steps of Malaria vaccine (Mosquirix) : As a First Line Leader (FLL) in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment, I oversee and guide manufacturing employees (up to 10 subordinates) to meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and achieve cost objectives. I lead by ensuring proper staffing, adjusting schedules for efficiency, and fostering a safe working environment. My role involves supervising, training, and developing subordinates, ensuring adherence to procedures for consistent high-quality output. Additionally, I actively participate in hiring, performance management, and skills development. I also identify and address systemic issues impacting productivity and quality, collaborating cross-functionally to implement effective solutions.

Project Manager on assignment at GSK, PS/MMC, in the Product & Process team. Leading 15 projects witch scope goes from implementation of a vaccine in a building, to transfer of vaccine production from one building to another, implementation of new equipments on the process for ensuring the continuous improvement (cartridges & UF filters, probes for cell density measurements, cell counter), decommissioning of different vaccines, etc. I manage change control platform on SAP and use MS Project as a tool for planning and resources management. Collaboration with a wide range of teams (QA, production staff, validation staff, RA, SC, SME in different fields).

As part of the P&P team, my role was focused on change control drafting (SAP), validations planning, update and redaction of CRA/QRA, IQOQ & PQ protocols alongside the validation staff.

Had an approach on the field of buffer preparation for the Malaria vaccine process working in a controlled environment. Also managed plannings of production for Material preparation and Buffer preparation teams (logistics). Had to ensure that the staff was appropriately trained to ensure production activities. In charge of continuous improvement insight. GMP knowledge.
