– Mapped existing data flows and defined requirements for a monitoring solution, then drove the delivery with the French IT team: extractions from internal KYC tools feeding Power BI dashboards and weekly management reports. – Designed and rolled out a SharePoint workflow to track every KYC task, then pushed it further by auto-injecting Power BI data into SharePoint to automatically generate tickets for each KYC renewal — removing manual tracking. – Currently leading the offshoring of KYC operations to the Moroccan branch: gathered requirements, designed custom SharePoint workflows tailored to Belgian regulatory specifics, and coordinated the rollout with Operations Management, back-office supervisors & managers in Morocco, and the French IT team. – Coordinated user testing of the new workflows with back-office employees, gathered feedback and iterated on the design before rollout.

– Became consistently profitable by building a data-driven trading approach: systematic analysis of large volumes of market data to identify supply/demand imbalances and anticipate directional moves. – Developed a personal methodology combining price action analysis and signal confluence to rate the attractiveness of an asset and size entries — applied across equities, bonds, commodities, currencies, emerging markets, and derivatives (futures, options, ETFs, ETCs).

– Analyzed large volumes of energy consumption data to identify anomalies and suspected fraud cases, documenting findings for downstream investigations.

– Evaluated and rated search queries on Google-related services against quality guidelines, contributing to the continuous improvement of search relevance.

– Managed existing client relationships and drove business development across the Belgian portfolio — early exposure to stakeholder management and customer-centric delivery.
