- Search engine for biomedical literature: Engineered a biomedical search engine by leveraging NLP techniques across an aggregation of multiple public datasets (110 million articles from PubMed, OpenAlex and Semantic Scholar) to fundamentally improve the precision and speed of complex bibliographic research. Production - Keywords grouping and normalization: Leveraged a large biomedical thesaurus (UMLS) and semantic embeddings to group and normalize 30 million biomedical keywords for improved search experience and indexing. - Biomedical knowledge graph extraction: Developed a pipeline to extract a knowledge graph from article abstracts, identifying direct and indirect correlations and causal links to improve ranking of both keywords and articles. - AI assistant: Developed an AI agent to help researchers speed up time-consuming tasks and build their bibliography faster. - Non-technical: User research, competitive positioning, company creation and legal requirements, prospect search and interviews, google ads campaign, textual content enrichment.

- Binary model for improved Shoplifting detection: Improved automatic shoplifting detection by adding a binary model to the output of a deep learning gesture detection model, increasing precision by 10%. - Inference machines pool optimization analysis: Set-up the analysis pipeline for inference machines sizing by benchmarking and modeling current pool, identifying a minimal 20% cost gain for future setups. - Analytics for fundraising: Conducted advanced analytics to help in the decision-making and data valorization for the fundraising process. - Statistical validation of privacy in theft detection: Developed a probabilistic model to quantify re-identification risks in a theft detection system, validating that tracking probabilities are negligible for GDPR audits.
