Implemented a robust cloud-native solution for badge accreditation during the 2024 Gas Summit in Algeria. Designed the application architecture, database, and communication mechanisms between three types of platforms, integrating both frontend and backend applications. Established bidirectional communication and database synchronization with PDA terminals used for on-site badge control and verification. Divided verification sites into zones and sub-zones, enabling fine-grained access management. Fully designed the badge request process, including initial and final validation steps, badge assignment, and a renewal system in case of badge loss.

Delivery of functional deliverables detailing the system's features, from platform architecture design to the project implementation based on a frontend/backend architecture. This included integration with other systems (e.g., GIS) via REST APIs, a structured database with key indicators, and a redundant architecture ensuring high availability.

Client needs analysis as part of the implementation of an activity management system for the handicraft sector (Client: Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts). The process included requirement gathering sessions to collect all necessary information for the platform's design: database modeling, workflow definition for the directorates and sub-directorates of the Ministry, including supervised institutions across all 58 wilayas.
