Founded and led a think tank producing sectoral studies for Moroccan and international institutions. Conducted analyses for CGEM (General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises) and HCP (High Commission for Planning). Led a sectoral study in partnership with the Moroccan Alliance for Rare Diseases ,Sanofi & Astra Zenneca , NA rep of the International Federation for Spina Bifida—at the intersection of public health, financing, and social policy. Produced economic policy briefs, strategic monitoring, and positions on reforms presented to institutional decision-makers.

Rebuilt MEDZ’s 37-year integrated business plan across six industrial zones (AFZ, Midparc, Nador West Med, Tanger Med Extension, Agropoles, Golfs BKM). Developed a long-term PPP-driven financial model integrating multi-scenario cash flows and key investment metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR, EBITDA). Deliverable validated by the Executive Committee and used as a core input in lender negotiations and financing structuring discussions.

Contributed to a Green & Social Bond issuance (3 tranches, 10-year maturity, Vigeo Eiris rated): AMMC compliance review and investor information note drafting Built Power BI dashboards for group-wide treasury monitoring Identified cash pooling optimisation opportunities across subsidiaries
