As part of the IT department, I lead key initiatives to enhance and optimize software testing and quality assurance processes. My primary responsibilities include: Test Strategy & Framework Development: Designing and implementing a comprehensive test strategy following the creation of a robust test automation framework. Conducting benchmarks to identify the most suitable automation tools for the company’s needs. Developing a test framework aligned with ISTQB standards. Test Automation & Continuous Integration: Automating end-to-end regression testing across multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications. Implementing test automation for B2C subscription portals and pricing validation. Configuring and managing Jenkins CI jobs to ensure smooth integration and deployment. Introducing test parallelization to accelerate execution times and optimize workflows. Quality Reporting & Process Optimization: Developing a reporting framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Establishing a comprehensive test repository to streamline test management and execution. Supporting the Test Lead in defining and executing the test strategy for the migration to a new back-office system. Projet : Qualification du projet VMware pour les privates Cloud en automatisant les calls API de la gestion du Private CLoud. Objectifs: - Introduction de la culture QA au sein de l’entreprise et l’équipe pour une meilleure communication, ainsi que la sensibilisation sur son importance et son impact sur le produit final. Implémentation d’un processus durant les sprints entre les développeurs et le PO, consistant sur des revues des User stories et les tests rédigés sur Xray. - Automatisation des tests des API avec l’outil interne de OVH (Venom) dans le cadre du projet vmware. Projet: - EDE Cloud (Enovacom Data Exchange). C'est une plateforme proposée en tant que SaaS (Cloud AWS), qui consiste à visualiser les échanges, sous forme de messages, entre les différents organismes de santé. L'application propose une gestion des flux administratifs, de biologie ou vers la médecine de la ville, tout en recevant des alertes et des notifications en temps réel. Missions: - Rédaction de la stratégie de test pour la qualification de la plateforme - Rédaction et exécution des scénarios de tests - Déclaration et gestion des anomalies - Mise en place de la Definition Of DONE - Mise en place des matrices pour la catégorisation des anomalies (Priorité, criticité...) - Mise en place des rapports de tests - Mise en place des rapports de fin de release - Automatisation des tests de non régressions avec Selenium et Cucumber - Développement d'un script pour la régénération automatique des jeux de données avec Java - Montée en compétences et exécution des tests non fonctionnels (performance et charge ) - Back-up du PO et du scrum master.
